Courses for Teachers of English focusing on Literature
Erasmus+
These courses focus on contemporary English literature and teaching literature in the EFL classroom.
The courses include:
- workshops on techniques for teaching literature, literary texts on life in Ireland or Britain, literature for teenagers, works by prominent Irish and British writers which feature in the secondary school curriculum
- workshops on Irish Theatre or Teaching Shakespeare
- workshops on teaching literature in the EFL classroom
- an opportunity to observe English literature classes in a secondary school.
