Teachers' Accommodation

Host Family Accommodation

Most teachers opt to stay with a local family.

Host families are carefully selected and offer a friendly welcome and opportunities to chat and learn more about life in Britain or Ireland.

Participants often find that the experience of staying with a host family is one of the most memorable aspects of the course.

Accommodation for teachers is in single rooms (unless participants request to share).

Breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal are provided by the host family. (Food allergies, likes and dislikes are taken into account).

Our experienced local organisers are on hand to ensure that teachers are happy in their host families.

Students' Accommodation

Host Family Accommodation

Staying with a host family provides an excellent opportunity to practise English and learn at first hand about every day life.

InterEducation's host families are carefully selected for their friendliness and comfortable homes. They give a warm welcome and involve guests in family life.

Students eat breakfast and dinner with their families. Packed lunches are provided.

Students may request to be the only guest of their mother tongue in the family or to share with a friend.

Our experienced local organisers are on hand to ensure that students are happy in their host families.

University and Hotel Accommodation

On certain teachers' courses and for groups booking tailor-made courses there is an option of hotel accommodation or self-catering accommodation (single study bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on centrally situated university campuses).

Teachers can, of course, opt to arrange their own hotel, guest house or self-catering accommodation if they prefer.

Residential Accommodation

Residential English language courses for students aged 11-19 are held at various universities.

Courses are based at city centre campuses, so that students can engage in supervised activities and visits in the town in the afternoons.

Accommodation is generally in single study bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
